This guy is the most rude, condescending, arrogant person I can recall ever meeting in the car sales industry. We asked for clarity on the car warranty (used car) as we were signing the paperwork and he immediately got rude, almost like we had no right to ask questions. I continued to push him to get us documentation of the warranty and he threatened to throw us out of the office and make us wait longer, almost like punishing us! Of course we didn't let that happen. We got what we were asking for and finished the deal. BEWARE of this guy, he is either overworked or was having a bad day or maybe he is just a jerk all the time but NO customer should ever have to listen to BS like that. More
