I am disappointed to hear that we failed to meet your expectations and would like to thank you for bringing the discrepancy in the listed equipment of the vehicle in question to our attention. I apologize for the mistake and for failing to deliver the type of experience you deserve. We strive to consistently evaluate every trade in a manner that results in a proper and aggressive value for our customers. Likewise, we pride ourselves on pricing our vehicles in a similar manner. We are aware and appreciate that the value we present may not always coincide with what some other sources may indicate as a degree of subjectivity is associated with used vehicle appraisals. That being said I was never the less surprised to hear of such a large discrepancy in our pricing. I apologize that we were unable to meet your price expectations, for the equipment error on the online listing and for making you feel we were not respectful of your time. Our goal was to provide you an incredible vehicle at an exceptional price with the highest level of service. We clearly failed in this endeavor.
