Missed my issues I had raised issues re: noise several times in past and was repeatedly told I had noisy tires. I would have taken care of the issues earlier had I been told. Car is not noisy so I was right something was wrong. Looks like they did not even bother to explore my complaints. I past would indicate when to expect repairs especially in breaks. Last time I was there wS 1500 miles ago in March. Not Brandon's fault unless he sold me something I did not need which I doubt. Being able to get an oil change at 7:00 am is so convenient, it doesn't interfere with my other commitments. Aeron was friendly, polite, professional and attentive. The technician was thorough, and great to work with. Because of my commitments, I need a reliable car. My Infiniti is fantastic, stylish, comfortable and reliable. I wish I had always purchased Infiniti's. I will say this, from this point on, I will always buy Infiniti's, and I will always buy them at this dealership. More
