Great service We were impressed with the service, and cleaning of the car as an extra bonus. Above and beyond customer service Nigel and his team went above and beyond for me. My car was involved in a rear-end accident 2 months ago. Another Infiniti dealership had my car for Nigel and his team went above and beyond for me. My car was involved in a rear-end accident 2 months ago. Another Infiniti dealership had my car for repairs, but, when faced with an almost 2 month wait time for a back ordered part, they refused to think outside the box. Thats when Nigel stepped in. Nigel had my car fixed in a day, where the previous dealership had my car for 2 weeks with no sign of it being repaired until the end of June. I am grateful that Nigel was able to work with me and get me back on the road much sooner than the other dealership. More

Once the part came in Adam arranged for my car to be picked up from my job (which is not far from the dealer, but convenient for me). Once my car was completed they delivered it back to me fixed and cleaned. Great customer service. More
