After our longtime dealership in Hanover closed its doors, we were hoping to find a new dealership we could trust. I'm happy to say that Infiniti of Norwood exceeded every expectation and delivered a c doors, we were hoping to find a new dealership we could trust. I'm happy to say that Infiniti of Norwood exceeded every expectation and delivered a car-buying experience that was professional, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Our salesperson, Andrew, was beyond professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of our new vehicle and often answered questions before we even had to ask them. What really stood out was how much he respected our time and focused on making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Andrew also went above and beyond by explaining the benefits of purchasing through Infiniti of Norwood, including service options, oil changes, registration assistance, and inspection sticker requirements. As a new customer to the dealership, that information was incredibly valuable and gave me confidence that the relationship wouldn't end after the sale. Just as importantly, Andrew was genuinely personable. He took the time to get to know us and didn't make every conversation about selling a car. There was never any pressure to make a decision or move faster than we were comfortable with. Instead, he acted as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and helping us navigate our options while allowing us to make the decision that was right for us. That approach made all the difference. When it came time to finalize the deal, Adam made sure the numbers worked and made sense. I especially appreciated how he eliminated the typical back-and-forth negotiation process and worked closely with Andrew to streamline everything. Adam also kept the atmosphere loose and friendly throughout the process, even getting us to laugh with a few perfectly timed jokes. Those interactions went a long way in making us feel like more than just another sales quota. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we left 100% satisfied with both the deal and the overall experience. The excellent service continued with Jon in finance. Buying a car is an exciting time, and it's easy to get caught up in the moment. Jon recognized that and made sure we slowed down enough to fully understand the warranty options, coverages, and extended service plans available to us. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and explain everything clearly, allowing us to make informed decisions without ever feeling rushed or pressured. His patience and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were making the right choices for our needs. To top it all off, the car looked fantastic when we picked it up. The attention to detail and presentation showed the pride they take in delivering vehicles to their customers. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. It was such a relief to find a new dealership to call home after the closing of our dealership in Hanover. I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism shown by everyone at Infiniti of Norwood. It's refreshing to see that true customer service still exists in this industry. Thank you, Andrew, Adam, and Jon, for making this such a positive experience. We look forward to being Infiniti of Norwood customers for years to come! More

Infinity of Norwood...used my VIN number to repair someone else's 2019 qx50, same result by them at CarFax. No apologies, emailed me "you handle it". Reported to BBB, complaint filed for second time to Infinity consumer affairs. Request compensation check for devaluation of my 2019 qx50, reading 48k miles on my odometer, not 99k miles on the car odometer they serviced using my VIN number which is, has and continues to be reported by Mr. Goldstein s dealership Infinity of Norwood. I reside in South Carolina, never been to Massachusetts! This man and this dealership are dishonest and cannot and will not correct the problem they created..... don't buy anything from Infinity of Norwood.. .disgrace to Infinity Corporate and Norwood community. I was t customer service. I was not treated well when visiting other dealerships on my search for a new vehicle. Infiniti went above & beyond for me. I was treated with respect and all of my questions were answered with absolutely no surprises at signing. This was the most straightforward experience. Not to mention the Qx60 I purchased is a beautiful suv with unmatched quality to any other vehicle I looked at. Highly recommend!! More

I'm not sure I could be any more disappointed. Run around, run around, run around. Standard sceevy car dealership behavior here. From the finance office to the service center, there is nothing goo Run around, run around, run around. Standard sceevy car dealership behavior here. From the finance office to the service center, there is nothing good to say about Infiniti of Norwood. Buying a certified pre-owned car means nothing to guys at this dealership. I recently took my car to get the wheels refinished at an external shop and needed a wheel lock and a set of lug nuts for proper removal. I found out that these items were removed from the car prior to sale and so I contacted my dealership. They would not provide what I needed for proper removal of the wheels, regardless of the vehicle being incomplete at sale. A wheel lock key (at the BARE MINIMUM) and an extra set of lug nuts comes with all CPO vehicles. I am just disgusted with response from the guys here. They forced me to pay my $70 for what should have come with the car, being a CPO vehicle. When I mention standard car dealership behavior, I'm alluding to the fact that the VAST MAJORITY of car dealerships put on a happy face, try to hold your hand and befriend you during the car buying process. It's all an illusion. They will never help you if you buy an additional warranty, a CPO vehicle with built in protection warranty, or anything post sale. You're nothing to these people. They don't care. It's all about getting a sale, and nothing matters after. YOU mean nothing, they already have your money. That's the message I'm getting here. Facing potential customers and getting them to buy a car is the mission at this dealership. Your post buying experience will be nothing short of disgusting and leave you with a bitter aftertaste. Special mentions: I'm really disappointed by Robert Ross, or 'Ross McWillaims'. He was unwilling to make the situation right regarding the another set of lug nuts and a wheel key. He was insistent that I had lost the wheel lock key and extra set of lug nuts and would not help me out whatsoever. He said that 'we sold you the car a year ago and I cannot provide you another wheel lock key'. For the record, a wheel lock key is STANDARD with a vehicle, it's like receiving a spare key to a car. This guy had every opportunity to make things right and earn a repeat customer, but he did anything but that. Super sad and poor business practice from this guy. Adam Gianan. The individual who sold me the car. Whenever a problem with the car arose, he would always put it off to his manager. He would never deal with problem directly. The car, prior to sale, had nicks and cuts on the wheels, and after mentioning this to him, he arranged for service to buff them out. They did an acceptable job, just enough for a sale. External wheel shops have assured me dealerships do just enough to make wheels look presentable. I have no doubt about this after this experience. Infiniti of Norwood has left such a bad impression on me. I'll never return. I'm never going to pay $500 + for service with them again, and they'll never sell me a car again. This dealership is a primary reason why the model of selling cars in America is changing. Overtime, Infiniti of Norwood, like so many others, will cease to exist, and the direct to consumer from manufacture auto sale model will prevail. That seems like a far better way to go. Dealing with an intermediary (dealership) has never been a good experience. All of these guys are snakes. More
