I've been a satisfied Infiniti owner for years and I have had all of my cars serviced at Ontario Infiniti. Recently, my 2015 Infiniti Q50 was experiencing some emissions issues, and I had to take it right aw had all of my cars serviced at Ontario Infiniti. Recently, my 2015 Infiniti Q50 was experiencing some emissions issues, and I had to take it right away -without an appointment. I called ahead of time and was warmly greeted by Ms. Veronica Rios. She scheduled my service right away, assisted with getting me ride home. She kept me abreast of the repairs and walked me through the process. Within a few hours the repairs were completed. I was very pleased with the level of exceptional service and Veronica's professionalism and friendliness - another reason why I keep coming back to this dealership for service. More
