I bought a 2019 Ford Expedition from Infiniti of Ontario, and this was the easiest dealership I have ever worked with. They were exceptional from the start. Jorge Aragon got me going on my credit application, then introduced me to Ryan Zubiate, who helped me from A to Z. Christine Yiu worked the deal at the desk, and Sergio Rodriguez took care of all the paperwork in finance. I was 2 hours away, and they sent a Lyft to pick me up. The vehicle had a minor issue that needed fixing, and they took care of it. Everyone was welcoming, and there was zero pressure at any point. A special thank you to the owner for making sure that issue was fixed. It says a lot about how you do business. This has been my favorite dealership experience, and I have no doubt I'll be referring friends and family here. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience! More
