INFINITI of ONTARIO

I contacted Infiniti back in March and tried to find out about leasing a QX60. Saul and I went back and forth a few times until he completely stopped responding to me in regards to the car deal. He wasn’t even trying to get me where I wanted to be, but his lack of professionalism really left a bad taste in my mouth about Infiniti all together. A broker reached out and it turns out I wasn’t getting any calls back because the deal offer wasn’t even accurate to begin with. I moved in from Infiniti and started looking at other dealers. My dad knew I liked this car so he reached out to Infiniti and got in touch with Michael Velasco. they went back and forth and my dad made me speak to Michael and he went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. He fixed that wrong and I ended up walking away happy with my experience with Michael. Unfortunately Saul never even tried to wrong his right and as a buyer, that wasn’t going to get my business.
