The right place at the right time I never like going to the dealer. In fact, I was looking for any phone app that could achieve the same car buying experience. However, I ended up goin I never like going to the dealer. In fact, I was looking for any phone app that could achieve the same car buying experience. However, I ended up going and I have never been to a dealer like this one. It changed my mind about doing business at the dealer. Saul, not only went out of his way to give the greatest service, but the finance department (Manuel Fuentes) was also a surprise change from what I am used to. I know this may sound strange, but it was simpler and easier than doing it online. I can honestly say that this crew knows how to utilize technology to make your life easier. Throughout the process, they executed their tasks to serve my needs by using tablets, desktop computers, and even there phones. Al I had to do was sign the document. Yes, it's true. My experience at this dealer, was me sitting there watching Saul do 90% of the work, then watching Manuel finalizing the process in less than an hour, then driving off. Would I suggest this dealer? I would definitely suggest Saul. However, from my perspective, everyone presented themselves as friendly and helpful as you can find. In fact, when I walked in for my appointment, I think I waited 0 minutes. It almost felt like ordering a burger from In-n-Out. Again, I do not like going to dealers, but this was not a dealer, this was an experience of a different magnitude. When I finally came in to get the paperwork done, he had already had most of the leg work done for me. And after it was all said and done, he helped me set up my new ride and showed me even more awesome features of the Q50 sport.
