Happy Driver I had an appointment to buy a car from another dealer. Saul reached out to me for the second time just a few hours before my appt. He told me he had just what I was looking for and he was right! Saul provided the best customer service one could provide. I ended up buying a car that same evening but from Saul at Infiniti of Ontario instead of the other dealer. After the purchase was completed he spent an hour with me showing me all the important details of my car, I told him I wouldn't remember them all, he told me I could call him anytime. The other associates that were there that day all stayed for the Long Haul as well. I'm certain they didn't get home until midnight. I couldn't have asked for more. Best customer service ever! More
