THE definition of Friendly Service From the time I walked into the parking lot with the intention of buying a new car to the time I left the service department every associate I dealt w From the time I walked into the parking lot with the intention of buying a new car to the time I left the service department every associate I dealt with was friendly, helpful and truly showed that they wanted me to feel like/be a customer for life. There was a small manufacturing/programming issue with the sunroof on the vehicle I purchased. Things like this sometimes happen and I understand that but it was still frustrating to buy a new car and immediately have an issue. However, the associates at this dealership even made having to come in for service right away such a pleasant experience that I completely forgot about being frustrated and instead was impressed by how comfortable I felt at the dealership and by how every person I had contact with was so completely friendly and helpful. I feel that they went the extra mile to make sure my experience there was wonderful. In addition, they want you to know that they are there to serve and that you can call any of them any time you need service/help/info and they will assist you. It is apparent that this dealership is built on the principles of Servant Leadership. More

Superior Customer Service We stopped in on Sunday afternoon 7/7/19 at Infiniti of Ontario with the sole intention of asking anyone with audio knowledge, how to play music thru We stopped in on Sunday afternoon 7/7/19 at Infiniti of Ontario with the sole intention of asking anyone with audio knowledge, how to play music thru our vehicle's stereo system, via my wife's iPhone. With the Service Department closed, Several Sales Reps attempted to help us but nothing worked. However, an additional Sales Rep approached and I recognized him; it was Mouris Haddad who originally handled the lease for us on our 2017 Infiniti QX50 from Infiniti of Montclair. Mouris jumped in, offering his assistance, which came as no surprise. We have witnessed his dedication to Customer Service first-hand. This man covers all bases: professionalism with the utmost courtesy; personable with a sense of humor; knowledge of his product and industry, with an understanding of his client; thorough in his explanations and answers to questions; and a genuine willingness to help people get what they want. During the few minutes he was inside our vehicle offering suggestions regarding the non-responsive audio issue, our mutual conversation turned to another issue, that is, the original lease on our Infiniti was soon to expire. My wife reminded Mouris she had always intended to purchase the vehicle once the lease was up. Mouris offered to review the original lease agreement, if we had the time, and explained how it would be to our advantage to make that re-purchase now. We joined him in his office; he showed us the numbers, which matched what he had told us two years ago, so we completed the process in about 1 1/2 hours, no hassle and no BS. He introduced us to Luis Rodriguez, who effortlessly walked us through the signing of all the documents, and we were on our way.
