I went to infiniti of ontario and I was very frustrated with my infiniti 2011 car because it was out of warranty and it started to demand some repairs and auto parts, which are very expensive.. and there where I met Jerome who was very polite and cooperative and he was trying his best to assist me to fix my car without costing me a fortune. But instead of fixing the car I asked him if they can take my old car and get me new car with full warranty and hassle free and he told me this would be the best decision to make. And on the spot he introduced me to Mouris Haddad in sales department. This guy is Amazing, honest, proactive, makes you feel like you are part of his family and he went above and beyond his job to help me out and found me the best deal ( car with the features that I needes , best autoloan deal , best APR%, monthly payment that fits my budget, full warranty hassle free car service ...etc ) and he worked very hard for four days and during memorial holiday with his cooperative management team and finance department a long with banks to grant my wish and make it true. To be honest Infiniti was my husband's favorite car brand and When I decided to change the car , I was looking to replace it with different car brand .. but what infiniti team did with me , I'm hooked up with INFINITI forever and it becomes my ONLY CAR..
