I literally fell in love with the Q60S sport coupe. It's considered a bad boy car but as a woman I love the body style, low profile tires and 20 inch rims. I had certain specifications I required and he found me a car with requirements right away. He was very thorough and knowledgable about the car and throughout the test drive. He did not pressure me at all to buy the car. I test drove a few other makes that day and went back to Infiniti the following day - precisely because I loved the car and because I wasn't being harrassed into buying the car. When I went back, Luis wasn't available, but Mouris assisted us so we wouldn't have to wait. Mouris was extremely personable and helpful. Unfortunately the car I test drove was in a color I refused to drive. Mouris worked very hard to get me the car with the required features in a color I liked. He had it to the dealership the next day. If not for Mouris going above and beyond my expectations, and Mouris, Luis and Manuel's patience with my bank, I wouldn't have the amazing car I have today. I truly appreciate all of their effort and patience. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone! More
