Unexpectedly enjoyable experience. This was my first experience with Infiniti of Ontario as the dealership in Riverside closed. I was connected to Saul Lopez who held the exact model I wanted until I could come in the next day. The exchange of vehicles was seamless and I received a very fair deal . Saul and the finance director were personable and professional. I’m enjoying driving my 2018 QX60!! More

Purchased a CPO Q50...what an easy process! I had zeroed in on a Q50 probably a year or two ago. A few weeks ago, I reached out to the website after seeing a car I liked and Saul replied within I had zeroed in on a Q50 probably a year or two ago. A few weeks ago, I reached out to the website after seeing a car I liked and Saul replied within a day to schedule a test drive. When I arrived on Saturday, Saul was a little busy with a customer whose appointment had gone a little longer than anticipated, but he passed me off to an associate of his (Jodie) who was also easy to work with. We went on the test drive and she was very thorough in explaining all the features of the car and really let me have a true test drive (highway driving and all). When we returned, we then went through negotiations on price (also very painless). Once settled on a price and financing, it was about 45 minutes until I was in signing papers with Manuel. He was extremely thorough in explaining warranties, options, etc. Also a great person to work with. Finally, Saul walked me through every inch of the car while it was in the lot. There were a lot of gadgets and features, and he took the time to really show me each one. Right before I left, I had almost forgotten that I had driven another car there (my wife's) and would need to return to pick that car up later in the day. They then mentioned that they have staff available and can bring the car to my home later. What a great service! Our family does plan to upgrade to an SUV down the line, and we will certainly be heading to Infiniti Ontario first. More
