INFINITI of ONTARIO

Just leased a Infiniti QX60 I wasn’t planning to get a car yesterday. I needed one soon, but I still had time on my lease and a rental (due to being way over mileage) for two mor I wasn’t planning to get a car yesterday. It just so happened that I pulled up in my rental and Kevin greeted myself, hubby and my kiddos. I let him know what I was interested in, QX60 with the sun& moonroof, heated seats, sensory package, black interior white or silver exterior, etc. He went looking around on his lot and drove it up. It looked really nice AND it was loaded. When I say loaded, I mean LOADED with almost all the packages. Now, the car was really nice like I said, but one of the most important aspects of getting a new car is the salesman. If I don’t like the salesman or feel like they are going to drag this process on and on, I’m out the door very quickly. I had the best car leasing experiencing with Kevin. Kevin was knowledgeable about the Infiniti brand and what amenities they come with. Second of all, he was “straight up.” He was not with the games which I loved. He talked my language, numbers. No BS just straight up numbers. There was no cockiness, deceitfulness, just none of the drama. He gave us a really, really good deal. He also explained how to work the amenities and all. And here’s the best part, he was quick, responsive, personable, hospitable and very genuine. He is definitely about the customers. He also related well with my kids which was a plus. Kevin took us to Manuel to complete the paperwork and to seal the deal so to speak. Manuel is very kind, patient, detailed and efficient. We talked and laughed with Manuel. He had everything ready to go as I said he is efficient. He never rushed us through the paperwork though. We signed the lease on an iPad then he printed it out and went over it again. He gave us some options on maintenance, wear and tear packages and a combination of both. We were in and out as quick as one can be. I drove my brand new 2019 Infiniti QX60 home then called my family to tell them about my new ride. Anyway, I will definitely lease again with them.
