Great dealership but Service department needs improvement Loved leasing our 2 Infiniti's from this dealership. We worked with Saul Lopez and he did everything he could to get us the cars that my husband and I Loved leasing our 2 Infiniti's from this dealership. We worked with Saul Lopez and he did everything he could to get us the cars that my husband and I both wanted at what we could afford. His follow up was exceptional and for the first time I didn't cringe dealing with a car salesman as I have in the past. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to purchase here. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars is because their Service department needs a lot of improvement. I hate bringing my car for service. We never know how long it will take our car to get serviced and we never get updates. After bringing our cars here for the past 2 years my husband and I already know that we have to plan on leaving the car there for the entire day AND we have to call every hour to get an update because no one calls us back. I would rather take my car to Sears to get fixed but since it's a lease we are obligated to come here. More
