Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I went to Montclair Infiniti to look at possibly buying my first Infiniti. All of my previous vehicles have been Toyotas. I met with Jorge Aragon who I went to Montclair Infiniti to look at possibly buying my first Infiniti. All of my previous vehicles have been Toyotas. I met with Jorge Aragon who immediately listened to what I was looking for and found me my Q30 Sport. It was the one in the showroom floor. I fell in love with the car! Jorge is the reason I bought my first Infiniti! His service and professionalism was 5 star all the way. My previous experiences with Toyota salesmen have not gone this smoothly. I would have tell them what I was looking for and often they would bring me cars that had nothing to do with my description to them. Not Jorge. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and then took the time to explain to all of the features my i30 came with. These were features I have never had before. He was patient, informed and attentive. I really liked that. It was Jorge who ultimately made me decided to purchase my car at Infiniti of Montclair. More

Me. Haddad was very accomodating, very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. We didn’t feel hurried or pushed to make a decision, although we took quite a bit of his time. He also contacted us a couple of days after the purchase to make sure we are happy with our new car and to offer any help we might need. Mr Fuentes, in finance, was very helpful and courteous too. All in all, a very positive and rewarding experience. More
