The small details make a big difference In addition, Saul offered to come out to my home to help me program the garage door opener if I am unable to figure it out. Never as promised There service department has no sense of time. This was my second time there after new management in the service department. First visit they had an impromptu meeting and didn't bother to tell the clients who were waiting for their cars. It took almost 3-4 hrs for an oil change. Plus my gauge readings weren't reset. This second time I went, it took almost 2 hrs. This time the under carriage cover of the car was not placed on correctly. It has to be replaced and I'm expecting them to replace it since when I brought the car there I had no problems with it. .. WORSE PLACE EVER FOR SERVICE.... STAY AWAY!!! More
