i think the mechanic forgot to change my air filter I don't think my air filter should be black after just a couple of months. i only drive 32miles a day. Yes, it could be a simple mistake, and we are all human, but the reason i drive from san pedro to montclair was because of bad experiences, up sales and the list goes on. My drive alone is more than the service time. I expect more! More

Front License Plate Missing I did not have an appointment. I expected the wait to be about an hour or so. To my surprise it took less than 5 minutes, the Sales Manager Eric hap I did not have an appointment. I expected the wait to be about an hour or so.
