Dealt with 3 salesmen, one manager and one finance person. Had to wait an hour for the finance person and had to redo paper work 3 times. I have been a loyal customer at this dealership with 2 prior leases. Worse car dealership experience of my life. Will not be back. More

Got my car within a few hours My old car died Thursday night and I decided to buy a new car within a day. My wife and I were out car shopping around in Santa Ana in the morning. My old car died Thursday night and I decided to buy a new car within a day. My wife and I were out car shopping around in Santa Ana in the morning. We called a little bit after noon to check on a 2016 Q50 Premium and talked to Saul Lopez. We dropped in by 6PM to see the car but it turns out the car we came for didn't have Navigation. We left after 9PM with a 2016 Q50S Sport, with all the options I want at a price we and the dealer can comfortably agreed on. Saul was great. Come see Saul if you need a car. Thanks to the dealer staff for staying late to finish up the paperwork. More

Car buying at its finest The experience here at Infiniti was great. Just alone the time Jorge took to show us how to use all the gadgets that the vehicle came with was great. Everyone here was friendly even though we had our newborn child with us. Everyone dealt with the fuzzy baby at one point but they kept a smile and didn't complain about the baby. I retraced my steps back to the dealership 4-5 times before making a decision as to which Q50 to purchase (being there's 7 different packages to choose from - not including color options). Mouris stayed in touch with me via text and phone while I pondered my choices - never being to pushy. In the end I was completely satisfied with my purchase and extremely grateful for the assistance I received along the way including, but not limited to, finding the right car (in San Diego) and bringing it up to Montclair.
