Great car buying experience. Saul was patient and very help during the whole process. Made a great effort to get us the car at a price that was within our budget. Unfortunately the CPO he sold us turn out to have a lot of issues. It appears they just slap the CPO sticker on the car. When we contacted Saul about issues we were having, he made no effort to talk to his manager about correcting the problem or calling us back. In his own words “ I didn’t promise the car wasn’t going to break down”. I have to admit he’s good at selling cars. Not so good keeping customers. My recommendation avoid the Certified PreOwn cars at this dealership and especially the QX50. They are extremely loud for being a luxury car. More
