Unpleasant beginning turned into a happy surprise! Overall, I had a pretty pleasant experience at the dealership even though it did not go well in the beginning. But with the help from Joe, the GM and Overall, I had a pretty pleasant experience at the dealership even though it did not go well in the beginning. But with the help from Joe, the GM and Saul, my whole processes of getting a new lease went unexpectedly well. I requested a same car that I was driving and was offered a quote; however, when I was ready for it, I was told there was no such car and was not possible to provide me the same quote that was offered. At this time, Joe stepped in and with Saul's assistance, I got a even better car with great price. Six weeks later, I went in for a service, I was wondering in the show room and ran into Saul and he called out my name right away. That was very impressive. After meeting with all different customers on a daily basis, he still remembered my name! If anyone is looking for a car, I would highly recommend Saul from this dealer. More

I told Kevin that my wife and I had interest in the Q60 3.0t with interior and exterior color schemes that we liked. Kevin worked his magic and was able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted. Kevin was very polite, personable and professional throughout the whole car purchase from beginning to end!!
