Straight To The Point, No BS Car-Buying Experience I was a first time buyer when I first stepped into this particular dealership and had heard a fair amount of horror stories on buying cars from dealer I was a first time buyer when I first stepped into this particular dealership and had heard a fair amount of horror stories on buying cars from dealership (i.e. how time consuming it is, how they make you wait over 20 minutes while the sales go "talk" to the manager to wear your patience down). I was prepared for the worst, but the rep who was helping me, Kevin Gonzalez, had a great attitude and was very professional. He was willing to match competitor's pricing and got me a good price on my trade-in.
