What a Pleasant Surprise! I wasn't even looking for an Infiniti, but all it took was one test drive and I was sold! When I had decided it was time for a new car, I thought I ha I wasn't even looking for an Infiniti, but all it took was one test drive and I was sold! When I had decided it was time for a new car, I thought I had my heart set on an Audi. After test driving an Audi at a different dealership, I wasn't so sure, it just didn't feel right. When I came to Infiniti of Montclair and was greeted by Kris Starks, it felt different. I went on a test drive in an Infiniti Q50 Hybrid and between the awesome feeling of driving the car and the knowledge that Kris shared, I had no doubt this was the car for me. I got a great deal and was treated excellently by every staff member I came in contact with. I will definitely go back to this dealership and work with Kris again! I wasn't pressured or pushed at all ... the entire experience was very easy and pleasant. I've never written a review before, but I just had to give a huge shout out to Kris Starks and say "Thank you"!! I love, love my new car and the deal I got! More

He found for me the car I wanted based on the specifications I was looking for. Despite buying my car late in the evening, and being exhausted, He stayed to orient me to my car and invited me to come back again for a full tutorial. Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful.
