My husband and I walked in looking for a new car for him but ended up getting a car for me. Our sales rep Maurice was great. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted. Originally I was told that because the car was coming from Van Nuys, I wouldn't get the car until the next day. Luckily, they were able to get for me that same day! Even though Maurice was done with the sale, he made sure we were taken care of with the finance department. When we got the car, he also made sure I drove off the lot understanding all the cool features my car had and told me to call if I had any further questions. I've been a Nissan customer for a long time and Infinti being a sister company exceeded my expectations. They really do treat you the customer like you are #1. More
