I requested Mike Longridge from the start because he has always been so thorough and good at explaining minor services in the past. But like I stated, this was different. I won't go into detail, but he fixed my car and I was left feeling he did his best to make the process SIGNIFICANTLY less painless. Mike kept me in the loop and always followed through.
