My wife and I looked online for a possible trade as our current vehicle was on it's last legs. Michael called within 10 minutes of submitting for more information on a 2020 QX60. I told him about my vehicle in service and he immediately went to get info on an appraisal. When I stopped in to get my vehicle, we discussed the possibility of a trade but we were so far under on the value of the current vehicle it seemed like an impossible mission. Michael and the finance team of Eric and Manuel, went to work on giving us the best deal possible. They always keep me up to date on the situation and how we can make this deal work. And today I'm happy to say that we are driving off the dealership with a brand new QX60. It was truly a deal we couldn't pass up.
