My regular service person Jerome left. He was always dependable. Ive been assigned Chris Hernandez now and this did not start well. I never received a follow up call on Thursday to let me know what ne dependable. Ive been assigned Chris Hernandez now and this did not start well. I never received a follow up call on Thursday to let me know what needed to be done. I had to call the next day several times before I spoke to a person. They couldnt find Chris. I asked to speak to the person in charge and he followed up quickly. It turned out I needed a pricey repair and did receive a discount. Not the best impression. More
