I was a bit nervous since I had to drive six hours one way and most interaction had been online. But from the time I arrived at the dealership Scott welcomed me. He introduced me to Stephen that took me on the test drive of my new car, showed and explained all the features to me, and even synced my phone. Then I was introduced to Bill Rogers who guided me effortlessly through the paperwork. Last I met with Roger Sain and he answered all my questions about service and the break-in period. They were all low key (not pushy), trustworthy, and intent on making my car buying experience a pleasant one. Before I left, I had my picture taken in the showroom with a big red bow on my new car...even a red carpet to walk down. :-) This is an incredible team that is totally focused on providing a top notch customer experience, and I really appreciate it.
