INFINITI of San Jose - Service Center

I been to a couple of Infiniti Dealerships, they seem good... but when I went to Beshoff Infiniti, it wasn't good, it was honestly great. I was able to get my car's suspension worked on at an unbelievabl good... but when I went to Beshoff Infiniti, it wasn't good, it was honestly great. I was able to get my car's suspension worked on at an unbelievable quote. I worked directly with the General Manager, and he was awesome. He was able to get my suspension done quickly, I was surprised at how fast it took. And they did not cut any corners at all. I also came back for a detailed since they had a promo. I wasn't expecting much from a detail, but they used only the best products and my car came out looking extremely beautiful. My Infiniti happens to be black and kid me not, it looked almost brand spanking new. It was so good, I had my friend bring in his BMW M3 for a detail as well. My family was also in the market for a car, and boy oh boy, we got a sweet deal :) It's probably too sweet to even mention how much we got it for. Thanks again Beshoff! More

Beshoff Infiniti - San Jose is truely a remarkable place with experienced and friendly staff. The people here are very nice. I spoke with Brian in regards to getting an oil change. I told him that i wouldnt be able to come down until after work. He told me that he would make sure that someone would stay and do the oil change for me. Brian was able to get me in the same day I called. He took down all my information and entered it into the computer system so everything would be ready to go with less hassel by the time I got there. Bernardo came out to the car and explained the different types of oils that I could use. He was very knowledgeable and understanding when answering all my questions. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking questions. His main concern was me understanding the differences between the oils and making sure I got all that I needed out of it! They even washed the car after they did the oil change! While talking to Bernardo, Brian came out. Gave nothing but nice compliments about the car. Briefly talking about the different things that I can do with the headlights to get the film off. Telling me that 3M has a kit that can clean the film off the lens. He showed me around the place. There was plenty of room with seating and a tv to watch. There were also computers there so customers can use while they wait. The staff there is really friendly and very personable and will do anything to make you comfortable while you wait. I highly recommend Beshoff Infiniti. Everyone there takes pride in working there and it shows through their work! I will definitely go there again! Thanks again for taking care of me and my car! :o) More

We first came in was when they had just opened we were looking a car for myself with my boyfriend. It was really nice, But we ended up not getting it. We came back for my boyfriend to pick a car, because i had bought one from a friend. So the boyfriend had to get one too. We were helped by Dru who we had met at a meet the day before. We were there from 12-5 trying to decide what car and Dru convinced my boyfriend to get the blue slate 2009 G37 S. The process was smooth and fast. My Boyfriend loves his new car,It's his baby. I had taken my car to get detailed for a show that I was attending. Bernardo in Service was very kind in helping me choose a detail package to choose for my car. I did not have a ride home so they insisted in me taking their shuttle driven by a man who right cant remember his name. Few hours later my car was done. Shuttle picked me up and I had my car and she looked great. Every time we go to Beshoff Infiniti we are dealt with very nice and professional people. When we needed a box to ship out our old exhaust, Peter from parts was there looking for a box for us. We appreciated it Peter thanks. Beshoff is like no other dealer ship I have been to. For them it's not about just making a sale and moving on to the next potential buyer, They ask you to stay, relax and have some coffee. They converse with you while your car is getting ready. Beshoff Infiniti is without a doubt the best dealership. Everyone who I know that goes to Beshoff Infiniti never had a complaint. All good words only. More

I contacted Beshoff Infiniti as I approached 40,000 miles on my G35. Debating whether or not to get the extended warranty coverage, I came into contact with Brian Aghajani. Being skeptical by nature, Brian walked me through the warranty coverage and not once did I ever feel the pressure to buy. He provided me with all of the facts and let me make the best decision for myself. It's always the kind of personal service I receive that sticks with me and makes me want to go back. I consider myself a loyal customer and am happy to say that I have found "my dealership"! I had a great experience at Beshoff Infiniti and look forward to many more to come! More

I had recently purchased two new tires, and when decided where to get the work done, there was no thinking about it-- BESHOFF INFINITI ! I brought my car in and was talking to Bernardo about their pricing where to get the work done, there was no thinking about it-- BESHOFF INFINITI ! I brought my car in and was talking to Bernardo about their pricing for installing some performance rear brake rotors and pads I had picked up off the internet. I was amazed at the awesome price I was quoted, so I decided to add that on to the work load. While in the waiting room, I was looking over their selection of performance parts and modifications that they have for G35/G37's and 350Z/370Z's -- YES a dealership, THIS dealership is an authorized dealer for many after market mods! No way? Yes way! *big thumb up* I purchased a Stillen oil pan upgrade and added a full synthetic oil change to my bill as well. While also waiting, I remembered that I had some problems with the power source inside of my car(you know, that plug where the cigarette lighter goes but you can plug in your accessories) -- Bernardo made sure to have someone check it out and get it fixed for me. It was late in the evening and I had some trouble with the law on my way down ( I got pulled over by CHP and was told he would be 'looking for me' on my drive up) so Bernardo made sure I got a loaner car so I can get home without hassle from CHP and also I wouldn't have to wait all day at the dealership for my car since they were really slammed with cars. They don't give you a cheap low model car either--I love the loaner cars, they put me in an EX that was fully loaded. I returned to pick up my car the next day and was assisted by Joey who processed my payment and made sure I was on my way in a timely manner. Beshoff continues to keep their customers happy and I will definitely be back again when I need more service! xxxx, I'd even bring my car down just to get oil change and a car wash. The drive is 30-45 minutes from where I live and there's more then 4 to 5 other Infinti dealership and hundreds if not thousands of other car repair shops I could go to, but BESHOFF INFINITI will ALWAYS be my first choice. Truly the best experiences I ever had with a dealership and I look forward to returning again to their facility! These guys don't make up excuses like other dealerships. My vehicle is highly modded and usually dealerships are quick to blame your mods as being the cause of your car problems or even void of your warranty, Beshoff truly goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of and treated with dignity and respect. Also, they have really competitive prices and are the LOWEST priced infiniti dealership for their services! (trust me, I called the other 5 dealerships in driving distance before and their prices were higher!) ----- I had forgot to mention in my last post, when I went to pick up my car, I met Brian and he gave me a tour of the facility. He was very friendly and he even took me on a personal tour of the facility. I find it very out of the ordinary for the GM to take time away from his busy desk to come and meet/greet me and give me a personal tour.-- Truly first class customer service! More importantly, you are welcomed with open arms and made to feel like you are truly a member of the Beshoff family. Brian Aghajani leads a very well trained and courteous staff. He has set the bar and standard for other dealerships to follow. At Beshoff Infiniti, customers are not merely nameless faces waiting to be processed. Care and consideration is given to meet each of their customers' individual needs, concerns, and requirements. Personally, I placed a high value on customer service and the good folks at Beshoff have more than earned my loyalty and business. There are many Infiniti dealerships here in the San Francisco Bay Area, which are quite close to where I live. However, I prefer to drive the 70 miles (one way) to Beshoff for all of my service needs. Simply knowing that my 2005 G35 Coupe is in the expect hands and care of the folks at Beshoff Infiniti offsets the extra miles which I need to travel for dependable and friendly service. My primary Infiniti factory warranty expired some 2 weeks ago. However, I will continue to visit Beshoff for my car's service needs. My thinking is, who else is better to service my car than a group of people committed to genuine customer satisfaction? In my book, Beshoff affords stellar quality and care. Beshoff Infiniti has the most impressive facility of any other dealership that I have been to in the bay area, and I have been to all of them except the Pleasanton one. Myself, I service Infiniti vehicles on the side "Enthusiast Auto Care." The ceilings at Beshoff must be at least 40+ feet tall, there is glass everywhere, and the auto repair area is one of the cleanest, most organized, most well-equipped shop facilities that I have witnessed. A true enthusiast's dream! The people I have worked with at Beshoff Infiniti are Brian, Anthony (service advisor), and Art(mechanic). Brian is the heart and soul of this dealership. Brian is active in the Infiniti community and his influence is as positive as can be on all its members. Brian is VERY professional, friendly, and open-minded. This isn't the kind of guy you can take advantage of, but at the same time, he's not at all unreasonable like some people at other Infiniti dealerships in the area. The only other dealership that comes to mind when I think of top notch customer service and quality, is Niello Infiniti in concord. Anthony has been a great service advisor by recording my concerns accurately, setting up several meetings between myself and the technician that worked on my vehicle, and reporting progress as needed. The technician (Art by name), was very well educated, patient, and open to hear my ideas and suggestions. Nothing was done without my approval and I am confident to say this is one of the only places I would trust to touch my car. Indeed they give tours of the shop area and I was personally shown the car wash room. No machines, no fancy tools - just the old fashion 2 bucket system and clean chamois to try off - you won't get swirl marks here! So to wrap up this review, take your vehicle to Beshoff Infiniti - you won't be disappointed - and if you are, give them a chance to put it right, as I'm sure they will. More
