The dealership is easily accessible, clean, bright and fun to visit. Infiniti Sarasota always has the most updated technology and invites their customers to be hands-on while in the dealership. The service department is welcoming, honest and efficient. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who greets me when I pull in for service because he always remembers me, greets me with a smile, and remembers my Minnesota Vikings! Dave is a quintessential customer service sales representative. He understands his customer and works to meet their needs as best as he is able, and if he can't meet a need he is honest about it. We have a great relationship with Dave, Guy, Alex, Joe, man who greets me in the service bay, ladies at the checkout counter, and pretty much everyone in the building.
