Really BAD experience Throughout my two years dealing with Infiniti of Sarasota, the service was bad. Both routine service and repairs were poorly managed. Containers weren Throughout my two years dealing with Infiniti of Sarasota, the service was bad. Both routine service and repairs were poorly managed. Containers weren't refilled, repairs were incomplete and required multiple visits for something that should have been easily fixed right the first time. They apparently don't check to ensure the work is complete before giving you the car. While I loved the car, dealing with such poor service and abrasive staff led to my decision to buy my next car elsewhere. More
