Bad miscommunications of the dealership with the customer Took the car for 1500 mile check. Was told it needed a new battery that was on warranty. But it was not in stock so they called me 3 days later to b Took the car for 1500 mile check. Was told it needed a new battery that was on warranty. But it was not in stock so they called me 3 days later to bring the car to replace the battery. I did it and when I took the car to the dealership was told that the battery was not there yet. They give me a loaner and 5 days later they called me that the battery was in. I brought the car to the dealership and in the afternoon they said was ready for pickup. I did so but next day I got an email stating that the battery had not been replaced. They sent a gentleman to my office with a loaner and took my card and give it back to me in the afternoon.
