Warranty Work We are enjoying our new Infinity. Took the car for the first time on the Highway and felt a little shacking going around 70MPH. Felt like a tire balan We are enjoying our new Infinity. Took the car for the first time on the Highway and felt a little shacking going around 70MPH. Felt like a tire balancing issue. Scheduled a service appointment and then received a call back from the service manager that there is some kind of problem with the tires. They needed to be replaced with new ones at no cost. However it will take a couple of days to get them to Sarasota which was no problem for us. After the two days we received the call that everything is completed, picked up the car and took it for a drive on the Highway. To no surprise the car ran perfectly! Great service, with one small exception Always a pleasure to have the car serviced. Guy Worcester does a wonderful job making things happen, from the loaner to the appropriate service. Whoever cleaned and detailed the car also did a great job, except for the FILTHY windshield and windows. The towels he/she used to wipe them must have been used many times. There was a greasy film on all the windows. I had to use the windshield washer on I75, and then clean every window myself when I got home. Get the person some clean towels or a washing machine! More
