Lastly, I was told there was a second key for vehicle first time I drove it, after writing check, second key no longer exists. $400 later, I will have a second key. Otherwise, good experience. More

Eminently s First class and Superior dealership!! This is our third Infiniti QX60....we keep coming back to Iinfiniti of Sarasota mainly because of Dan Bonora. His sales team has always treated us with the utmost respect and they listen to our requests and bend over backwards to insure that our vehicle decision is the right fit for us! Dave Hartzell is so easy to work with, he goes out of his way for his clients and the most endearing quality is the fact that he follows up AFTER the deal is sealed to make sure we are enjoying our vehicle, or ask if we have any questions, he even offered to bring our vehicle to us, since we live so far away from the dealership!! How's that for service!!! The service center is top notch & efficient, David is our "Go to guy" ! He always makes sure we are completely taken care of in a timely fashion and we like the fact that we can use a loaner car while ours is being serviced. He's a very likeable young man and dedicated to his job. We give high accolades, and kudos to Dan and his wonderful team, whom we consider friends!! Advisor interpreted service wrong. SAB is NOT BRAKES Oil change was fine, but they cited a recall with "brakes". It was actually SAB recall, or SIDE AIRBAG, which has nothing to do with brakes. Anyways, I canceled that appointment. The techs also didn't notice the front lower control arms need replacing during their 1,000 point inspection - they also did not report uneven treadwear on the passenger front tire. More

I made the mistake of trading my 2017 Infiniti QX60 for a 2020 Mercedes GLE 350. I had a horrible experience with the service department at Mercedes. They tried to sell unnecessary maintenance on a BRAND NEW 2020 Mercedes GLE 350. I had a horrible experience with the service department at Mercedes. They tried to sell unnecessary maintenance on a BRAND NEW car!!!😡 3 months after owning the car, I found myself missing my Infiniti. Especially the service department. So I sent a text to Kevin and like Superman, he came to my rescue. My husband and I have purchased 5 Infinitis from Kevin. He’s the best. He ordered my QX60 with the options I wanted and sent me on my way. I feel like I’m home again.🥳😊 I will never buy anything but INFINITI ever again. Thanks Kevin!!! More
