Perfectly Easy I had an issue with the dashboard lights on my QX80 the week before Christmas and was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appt to see what was wrong. I had an issue with the dashboard lights on my QX80 the week before Christmas and was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appt to see what was wrong. I called into service and spoke with David. He actually arranged my drop off within a couple of hours and had a rental waiting. Painless. Surprisingly, my car was fixed and ready for pickup the next afternoon... along with the regular oil change AND a they even took a nail out of my tire! Within a few minutes of arriving, I was checked out and back on the road.... This had to have been the most professional, pleasant and quickest visit ever to any service center. A special thanks to David for being so nice and accomodating and making my visit perfect! More
