DASHBOARD DISSOLVED The dash on my car basically dissolved and the car has only 24,000 miles and has always been stored in a temperature and humidity controlled garage. The dash on my car basically dissolved and the car has only 24,000 miles and has always been stored in a temperature and humidity controlled garage. This started several years ago and had gotten progressively worse. I had mentioned it several times when taken in for service and they just sprayed it with Armor All or similar. Finally it cracked everywhere, was very sticky and had bumps all over it. I was told by the service manager that it was no longer warrantied and to contact customer affairs at an 1-800 number, which I did. It took an unreasonable amount of time to resolve it (over two weeks and many phone calls) but it was finally resolved, I was informed the dash would be replaced and the service manager and Dave Gordiychuk handled it beautifully. The car, which I baby like a child, is once again in show room condition. The. Two women in customer affairs were very nice on the phone but clearly did not have the authority to handle it themselves and had to go to someone else who was very slow in responding. More

dashboard replacement The dashboard of my 2010 G-37 convertible cracked and shrunk. Even though the car is 10 years old it has only 17000 miles. it has been garaged every n The dashboard of my 2010 G-37 convertible cracked and shrunk. Even though the car is 10 years old it has only 17000 miles. it has been garaged every night and when parked outdoors always in the shade. obviously the dash was defective as a number of G-37's had this same problem. Customer service said too bad--out of warranty. I paid more than $2300 to have it replaced. The service department did an excellent job of replacement!!! EXPENSIVE!!! More
