In and out I called Infiniti about a minor issue with my tire sensor and David the service advisor told me to come over we’ll take care of it. Once I got there m I called Infiniti about a minor issue with my tire sensor and David the service advisor told me to come over we’ll take care of it. Once I got there my vehicle was checked in right away and before I knew it the issue was fixed and my vehicle was ready to go. Disappointing Needed to have two hard keys made to replace lost ones. Was told by a parts guy that I needed an appointment. Good work and price on the keys but why Needed to have two hard keys made to replace lost ones. Was told by a parts guy that I needed an appointment. Good work and price on the keys but why do I need an appointment and a middle man for "express service? Had the "service engine soon" indicator. Was told the retractable top needed recalibration at $247.00 cost. When I baulked, the price went down $100.00. Later, my owners manual tells me how to re-initialize the top controller after a battery change - a three-minute free procedure. ( Mine was a dead battery that recharged itself). Why did the service guy not tell me that? The tech that tested the top had to remove a tool bag from the trunk and put the luggage guard up. He left the guard up and put the bag back in the trunk. Next day I open the top and it jams itself into the bag. Luckily, no apparent damage. Asked for tire pressure check and N2 top-off. No mention of it in the service doc. I checked at home - all below spec. Lastly - for a luxury car dealership - the snacks are sub-par compared to competition. I'll be trying out Encore Motors service. Pete 10-9-19 More
