I travel quite a bit and it would’ve been extremely hard to finalize everything before the actual pick up date. By using text and email, I got all the information I needed and even negotiated a bit - easier for me using text than in person! I got the new vehicle I wanted and spent a total of 1.5 hours in person at the dealership since everything else was already taken care of. Just needed a few signatures and then we went through the new QX60 features. Thank you for this way of doing business. More
