It wasn’t on the lot but he tracked one down in Jacksonville and had it shipped down. Turning in the 2016 and picking up the 2019 was a smooth process - all the paperwork was ready for review and signature. He did an excellent job sitting with me in the car explaining and demonstrating all the features. Overall, the experience I would expect from an Infiniti dealership. More

The simplest transaction I’ve ever had I found the car I wanted online. The dealer contacted me immediately.
