We have now bought 3 cars from Infinity and have been extremely happy each time. The service department has always exceeded our expectations. We drop the car off at the appointed time, work or service extremely happy each time. The service department has always exceeded our expectations. Bought a Infiniti in July. 2023 with about 2k miles. Drove it up to North Carolina . By the time we got there we could tell it had been smoked in.They did a good job disguising 2023 with about 2k miles. Drove it up to North Carolina . By the time we got there we could tell it had been smoked in.They did a good job disguising it. Called them back a month later when we got back. They offered to Ionize it and sent me a cabin Filter. They are about 80 miles away. We tried Ionizing it ourselves. No Luck. When we took out the existing Filter, you could smell the smoke from 5 Feet away. They knew this car had been smoked in and did not disclose it. Not finished with them More
