This is the second Infinite we've bought through this dealership in Scottsdale. The first vehicle we bought through Stephen...a very easy clean process. I asked for a quote via email. He was very responsive and competitive with no hassle. I then made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was able to access the dealer inventory which was most helpful as competitive with no hassle. I then made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I purchased the vehicle that day. I since has to bring the car back several days later to have the dealer make one minor adjustment. He responded right away and the problem was fixed. Anybody can be your best friend before the sale. I would rather judge a dealer after the sale. So far, they have been professional and courteous. This is my first experience with Infiniti with only positives to date. More

Overall experience at this dealership was good. To be honest, for an Infiniti dealer, i thought the showroom, waiting room....was average and i think i could be played up a bit in a higher end dealership honest, for an Infiniti dealer, i thought the showroom, waiting room....was average and i think i could be played up a bit in a higher end dealership/product.
