I can’t tell you how pleased I was to see that he was eager to help me after dealing with an unexpected and stressful car situation (which had stopped in the middle of a busy road.) He was very professional while assisting me and was even able to set me up with a nice loaner while the work was completed. I’m new to the area and regularly service my car at Infiniti dealerships and based on my first experience at the South Bay location, I will be returning for any other servicing needs. Regular Maintenance at the dealer I have been going to Infiniti South Bay for all service & maintenance on my vehicle since I bought it almost 10 years ago. Making the appointment was I have been going to Infiniti South Bay for all service & maintenance on my vehicle since I bought it almost 10 years ago. Making the appointment was quick & easy. I usually request Wilson but all the service reps are pleasant and professional. Since I only needed an oil change I was not able to get a loaner. However, I wish a loaner was available for loyal customers because an oil change is still at least 2 hours (closer to 2.5). I look for service coupons and discounts before I go in. The waiting area is new and clean and usually stocked with treats. More

Handling of problem solving and follow through A brand new car with 10k to have an engine go out was a big surprise but it happens. What happened afterwards is the experience I would like to tout a A brand new car with 10k to have an engine go out was a big surprise but it happens. What happened afterwards is the experience I would like to tout about. The service coordinator, Edson took a speedy measures to handle this situation and 3 weeks later I got a brand new engine without the noise, brand new brakes without the squeal, and back in shape like the first day I bought the car. Kept me informed throughout the whole process with courtesy. You can buy car at any dealerships but you cannot get the excellence in customer services at every dealerships. This one I am impressed! Santa Monica, Marina del Rey, Malibu, Beverly hills etc. I find it very complicated to take my car to the nearest Infiniti dealership which is far from I live. I am from Santa Monica and had to take my damaged vehicle all the way to Torrance which the "nearest dealership" If this message could get the Infinti franchise, busines or who ever is charge of setting a Infiniti location. This could be a big win for every Infinti owner. Thank you for you're patience. More
