The service I received was good. The people I dealt with directly were friendly and professional. Any complaints I would have are things completely out of the service company’s control like the wait time. i directly were friendly and professional. Any complaints I would have are things completely out of the service company’s control like the wait time. in my opinion, 2-3 hours for a simple oil change is too long to have to wait especially when you have an appointment. I hope they figure out a way to expedite simple and routine services like that in the future. More
