We have kind, friendly and personable Service Advisors, a beautiful lounge with many amenities and loaner vehicles of shuttle service should you need transportation. What really seems to be bothering you is the wait for maintenance type items that you feel should go faster. In fact, you are correct, that service times are taking longer than in the recent past. With the vehicle shortage, more people are driving their current vehicles longer. As such, this has increased our service traffic. And, you'll find the same situation across all dealerships.
