They will try and rip you off at the service center. Also they will record your calls without your knowledge or consent. The sales team is great - service team is abysmal. They tried to charge me to recalibrate my windshield and then told me the day I was supposed to pick up the car that there were issues with the said windshield. So.. they were going to charge me for a service they didn’t perform and got caught by the fact that they couldn’t justify it. 🤯 More
