Service advisor didn’t let me know vehicle was ready. I called and was informed “he said he text u” I asked to speak to him and was told he left for vacation. I didnt know if the car was ready, what work I called and was informed “he said he text u” I asked to speak to him and was told he left for vacation. I didnt know if the car was ready, what work was performed or the cost. Following day I had to contact the manager. He had the car delivered to me which I appreciated. A couple weeks later I revived a note in the mail about recommend service. How is it no one mentioned any recommendations while the vehicle was there? The manager in fact told me nothing else to do, “everything was in the green” referring to the diagnostic report. Manager offered me a free oil change with my next service however I received nothing in writing to state that. More
