Miguel and the team were excellent and very customer-oriented. The service team fixed the noise coming from the back door; however, the bottom of the car still makes the same noise. I was infor customer-oriented. The service team fixed the noise coming from the back door; however, the bottom of the car still makes the same noise. I was informed this was a manufacturer's defect, but it still makes the same popping noise when turning right. I plan on bringing the car back in for them to take a look at it again.
