I purchased my 2003 Infiniti M45 at another dealer but I have only taken the car to Inskip Infiniti since purchasing it. The dealership was recommended by two colleagues. The both praised the staff and the quality of work. Since my first visit six months ago I have taken the car there for every need,i.e. and routine service. Ron is patient and explains every aspect of the repairs being done. He keeps his word. When he tells me he will call... he calls. He explains the costs and answers any questions I may have. Mike Smith has a reputation as one of the finest Infiniti technitions in the east. He is very well educated. There is not Infiniti service or repair he cannot perform. He is amazingly capable of finding and fixing stubborn repair problems. I respect Mike's talent and would never take my Infinit anywhere else. David K. Long More
I have been dealing with Inskip Infinit since 2003 and now have my second QX56. The first vehicle was purchased and then was offered a buyout in order to take advantage of a 2006 lease program. My lease now have my second QX56. The first vehicle was purchased and then was offered a buyout in order to take advantage of a 2006 lease program. My lease expired in June 2009 and I extended the lease and wound up buying the vehicle with a fair price. A problem came about with the heating system on the drivers side and although the part was backordered, I was taken care of not only with a loaner QX56, but with Infiniti service taking on the lions share of the repair and replacement parts. I will not only look at Infiniti in the future for another vehicle but reccomend Inskip to anyone who is thinking about a lease or purchase for a new car. I have never been disapointed in this dealership. More
I've owned cars for over 50 years and always dreaded having to deal with dealership service facilities. That has changed. I have never had better experiences than I am now having with Inskip Infinity, a having to deal with dealership service facilities. That has changed. I have never had better experiences than I am now having with Inskip Infinity, and that includes the good service that I had with Inskip Acura. The service representatives, especially Ron Antonucci, are outstanding. I am, by nature, a skeptic, yet,over the last 18 months, I have developed such respect for Ron and his knowledge and his honesty, that I rely on all his advice for maintaining my G35X. I live in Massachusetts and there is an Infinity dealer in Massachusetts that is much closer to my home, but I drive an hour each way to have my car serviced at Inskip in Warwick, Rhode Island. Inskip service and Ron Antonucci are that good! More

I had a really great Inskip experience with Nelson and Dave. On the night that I bought the car, Nelson drove to my house to pick me up because it was snowing out and my other car is bad in the snow. After the purchase, I have been to the dealership on four seperate occasions. Each time, Nelson has greeted me right away and has shown me different features with the vehicle. One example, is him helping me set up and program the bluetooth feature in the car and helping me correct the settings in my navigation. Any time that I have contacted him for a question, his follow up skills have been exceptional. In addition, Tara from the finance department was very helpful. I am self employed and had to provide multiple documents for her. She was very patient and was extremely helpful. I will highly recomend the INSKIP team to any friend,business associate, or family member looking for a new luxury vehicle! More
I originally was sent to Inskip Infiniti 3 1/2 yrs ago because I bought a used I35 that needed an additional key. I dealt with Kristin Marovelli at the time and she was very friendly. A short time later because I bought a used I35 that needed an additional key. I dealt with Kristin Marovelli at the time and she was very friendly. A short time later I was told by the used dealer that I bought my car from that the engine was going and although I purchased an extended warranty, they did not want to get involved with the repair and they told me that I couldn't use my warranty anywhere else. They also told me it wasn't safe to drive my car. Well, I let my car sit for 2 weeks and cried before I decided to call Inskip and see if Kristin had any thoughts on it, she was very nice and she had left a lasting first impression on me. She also remembered me from the year before and that I had a severe Latex allergy so she noted my record so that the technicians don't wear gloves while working on my car. She told me that with the information I had from the dealer, she would be able to contact the warranty company and go thru them if a repair was required. I brought my car in and they discovered that my engine was going, the oil change place that I went to was using the wrong type of oil for my car and that was making my engine run the way it was. She had the service tech flush everything out and start over with the correct oil and I never had another problem with the car. I even had a couple of warranty repairs done at Inskip and never went back to the used car dealer again. I have since purchased a new I35 and continue to bring my car to Kristin. My first appointment with the new car fell on a day that Kristin was home sick but she knew my appointment was scheduled and left a note for the other service advisor to call her to ensure there wouldn't be any problems, especially with my allergy. I trust Kristin's knowledge and also, when it is discovered my car needs something additional than the oil change, Kristin explains it in full detail before anything is done and she is not pushy at all. Kristin will let me know what is an immediate need for repair or what is simply an FYI for in the future. This to me is the ultimate in customer service because more often than not, people are pushing you to buy things without being entirely honest of your need. I always tell people they should go to Inskip for oil changes as they know what your car needs exactly, they are cheaper than those 10 minute Oil-Lube-Filter centers and they even wash your car! We are return customers and everything really was great. Sal is an absolute professional! He took his time to show us the cars we were interested in and explained the details without being pushy. I was replacing my 2006 Marano and stopped into see what Infinity had to offer. I love the Nissan product and thought I would never be able to afford an Infinity. But, I was pleasantly surprised. David our salesman was great and took his time with me. What I liked best about the whole experience was that I could actually take the information David gave me on the car and digest it for a few days. I did not have constant phone calls or e-mails like I did with other dealers. I decided to buy the FX35 and wanted the Mocha exterior color with Java interior color. The dealership did everything to get me that car and it did not take long from my request. I am now driving my new car and love it. It is great in the snow and I just love the cooled seats! Overall - this was a great car buying experience for me and I would go back in a heartbeat. More
