This was the first time I ran into an issue — after a tire mount and balance, I noticed a TPMS warning and and have always had positive experiences. This was the first time I ran into an issue — after a tire mount and balance, I noticed a TPMS warning and missing valve caps. I brought it to their attention, and they addressed it promptly by correcting the tire pressure and replacing the caps. In the past, they’ve also taken care of a windshield chip and a volume control issue, which I appreciated. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with their service over the years, and this was handled professionally once flagged. More
