My experience with Infiniti of WG (Faulkner) was disappointing. Long wait time from drop-off to pick-up. (3 days). communication was fair, at best. No loaner vehicle for me as my perfect vehicle is considered too old. I've spent over $3000, for services performed by Infiniti of WG over my past 3 visits. Am I not as valuable as someone with a 5 yr. old vehicle? Unfortunately, I have not been treated well by Infiniti of WG (Faulkner) and will use another service provider in the future. Oh, yes, my vehicle was in for a 7:30 AM appointment. It didn't reach the shop till after 4PM +/-. Yet, no loaner! 3 days, seriously??? Thus, the 3 day wait. Never again! I was advised the differential fluids needed to be changed as my vehicle had 70,000 mi. Fluid changes recommended at 60,000 mi. I reviewed previous invoices from Faulkner and found that the fluids were changed in 2022 by Infiniti of WG (Faulkner). Shame on me for trusting them. Another $300+ spent in error. Funny thing, wouldn't you assume I was in the market or could be in the market for a new or newer vehicle? What better way to acquaint me with a new Infiniti than by loaning me a service loaner/vehicle during the 3-day event! By the way, I spent $1500+ at this service visit. Well, good luck if you are taking a chance with Faulkner Infiniti service. As a foot note, the vehicle is outstanding and runs better than the newer Infiniti Q series. Sorry Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove. Whoops, there goes another customer! 😒 More

I have purchased/leased 8 cars over the years and I can honestly say this was by far t experience this time that I felt the need to get the word out! I have purchased/leased 8 cars over the years and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I had purchasing a car. It was a seamless process with full transparency on bottom line cost. Finance team worked with me to get great coverage with a low interest rate. My sales guy Nick Arnott took the time to give me virtual video tours on his inventory and as a result was able to make 1 trip to the dealership to test drive and leave the same day with my new wheels!! Not an ideal situation, but Nick was incredibly patient and I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. Blaze from the finance team worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment and extended warranty. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable. I would 100% recommend Faulkner Infiniti and definitely try to work with Nick if you can! More

BUYER BEWARE! At time that I purchased my new QX50, I paid the extra $3,500 for the run flat tire and wheel warranty. Unfortunately, the Faulkner Willow Grove de At time that I purchased my new QX50, I paid the extra $3,500 for the run flat tire and wheel warranty. Unfortunately, the Faulkner Willow Grove dealership service department was closed on the Saturday afternoon, when I got my first flat. Rather than wait 2 days for the dealer to fix a run flat tire, I went elsewhere (Tires Plus) and paid for the repair out of pocket. Even after reviewing the Manual and YouTube videos, neither Tires Plus nor I was able to figure out how to reset the dashboard tire alert. When I stopped into Faulkner Willow Grove to get assistance resetting the alert, I was told that there would be an additional charge since the tire was fixed elsewhere. It didn’t matter that I had a warranty and they were not available to fix the tire. There were at least 5 service people involved in the discussion. It would have been faster and less costly to simply reset the alert. I will never use this dealership again and warn others considering an Infiniti purchase. More
